Driving Directions

From the South:

Option # 1: Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 14C Jersey City/Holland Tunnel. Turn slight right onto 12th St. Turn right onto Luis Munoz Marin Blvd. Turn Right onto 2nd St. Turn right onto Erie St. 

Option # 2: Head towards the Holland Tunnel leading to NY. Take a right on to Manila Ave which will be a few lights before the tunnel. Drive down Manila and take a right onto Second St. Erie Street and Grace Church will be the next block.

From the North:

Option # 1: Take the Holland Tunnel from NYC. Turn left onto Luis Munoz Marin Blvd. Turn Right onto 2nd St. Turn right onto Erie St .

Option # 2: If coming from NY, Manila Street will the 2nd left outside of the Holland Tunnel.

Public Transportation

In New Jersey: Take the Newark/WTC or Journal Square / 33rd Street PATH trains and get off at the Grove Street Station. * Choose the escalator exit (vs. the staircase) walk to your left, cross Grove Street, and stay on Newark Ave. Walk up one block, and make a right on to Erie St. Walk for three short blocks (crossing Bay and First streets, and arriving at the corner of the Second St.) GCVV is the church to your left, and you would recognize us by our beautiful garden, and Christ on the Cross, and the American, The Episcopal, and Rainbow flags. Make a left on second to walk up to our red door. Welcome! You are here!

From NYC: PATH trains to New Jersey are located along 6th Ave. at 33rd, 23rd, 14th, 9th, or Christopher St for the 33 rd St/ Journal Square PATH train line or at the WTC for the WTC/Newark PATH train line and get off at the Grove Street Station. * Follow directions above.

Other walking option is:

Look for the Dunkin Doughnuts, stay on Grove St. and walk three short blocks (you will pass Bay and First street, walk to the end of the 3rd block). Turn left on 2nd St. and walk 1 block to Erie St. The entrance to the church is on Second Street.
